He has consulted for over 100 schools and addressed more than 10,000 people in talks and seminars across schools, colleges, and corporate organizations. As a keynote speaker, he has spoken to more than 100,000 people each year. He has also been awarded the Paryavaran Dronacharya Award by the Indian Center for Wildlife and Environmental Studies in the South Asian Region (ICWESSAR) for his invaluable guidance and extraordinary performance. Additionally, he has been presented with the India Icon Award – 2018 by CED India. His greatest strength is his willingness to take risks in order to reach higher levels of excellence. He has founded an organization called Bhaskar Welfare Trust, whose mission is to focus on “enriching people through the right education”. Currently, he is providing high-performance training programs called “I Can I Change Program” for students, schools, colleges, and various organizations.
